Hi

I am casting a custom-made dice in polyurethane.  The pieces have numbers engraved and these have to be in a different colour for high visibility.  I can achieve that stage quite easily but afterwards I need a quick and easy method of removing surplus acrylic paint from the facets of the dice and also to give them a nice smooth polished surface.  My options seem to be a polisher wheel with various grades of grit which would be too time consuming, hopefully I will get into serious quantities of this product.  My alternative method would be to use a tumbler of the sort used by lapidarists (gems and pebbles).  Can anybody advise me on success or failure in a tumbler?  Would it be a good idea to use something  other than polyurethane?
