I need to make a male plug out of MDF and one out of polystyrene as the base for a Uni-Mould female,
How would i seal the MDF and styrene to get tge uni-mould to release properly?
Cheers Zach

Hi Zach,
These 2 Threads should be of interest;

You must coat any styrene based foam with an epoxy/glass cloth and build your final finish from there, otherwise the resin systems used in the unimould will attack/dissolve the foam, so ensure it's well sealed!
