Just considering making some composite panels then a honeycomb "sandwich" for a personal project.

Once the panels are bonded to the honeycomb, I'll need to cut out a pattern in the flat sheet - what's the most suitable tool to use for cutting? Standard cutting wheel? Something else?

Also what about the cut edges? Do they need "sealing in some way or does the adhesive "fill" the honeycomb holes?

Will the honeycomb cope with 45 degree bends?

Lastly, in one of Matts posts he mentions the bonding of the two halves to the honeycomb with either weights or "a light vacuum". What would the latter be in terms of numbers (thinking of the gauge on the normal easy composites catch pot)
