I need fixing points with thread in the laminate.
They have to  be  accurately positioned.

I have seen bigHead  fasteners, but I am afraid these could move in the process.

I was thinking about laminating some material blocks and then after the part is done,
make holes and threads  in those blocks.

What material would you use? Aluminium? Some plastic?

You could design in some kind of dowel or locating pin that sits in the mould so the fixing is located accurately. Metal, low energy plastic like PTFE, nylon etc would work for the pins.. You would use the normal moulding processes and these pins would be additions. You could put accurate markings on the pattern so they leave drilling marks on the mould for later drilling to add the locating pins.
