Hi guys and gals. im looking for recommendations for polishing equipment for those awkward spots that your fingers are too big to reach. im not too concerned about the price so long as it is effective. thanks

There isn't anything specific for composites that I am aware of.  However look at your typical "Dremel" or multitool supplier as often they do some very small polishing wheels or pads that may do the trick.

Have a look for 'Maxshine Mini Rotary Polishing Kit'. 

Works very well, but keep in mind that the way polishing works means that the smaller your pad is the longer it will take to do its job. So these small polishers take an absolute age to polish to a real shine, because they don't have the torque or the friction to polish quickly. So unfortunately you do go through pads quickly because you need to work them so much harder to get the same result.
