Hi all,
I have a problem when I make carbon helmet, problem is demoulding of the part. It sticks to mould too much, and only way to take helmet out is to destroy it pieces by piece unitl some point when the rest of helmet just pops out. There is no damage to the mould or any parts where I see carbon to stick to mould.
I use Treil part 310 and spacewax 300 from JOST.
Is the problem with the look of the mould, or separator for demoulding, or is it the final coating on mould ( which is 2K clearcoat)?
Picture of the mould is linked.
Thanks all

I tried both vacuum infusion and hand layup with vacuum. With vacuum infusion I managed to take it out but after a lot of trouble, and with hand layup I had to destory the helmet to get it out.
