ProTip: I found that the 1/4" / 6mm plastic fluted signboard works GREAT, but be sure to use high temp hot melt glue. I couldn't figure out why my flange pieces kept coming off.

Next up: fill in all those negative draft angles with clay (since filleting wax is basically impossible to get in the US as far as I can tell), clean everything up AGAIN, wax, PVA and then it's time to try out my fancy new gelcoat gun.
