post cure cycle

In case of EMP 160 High Temp Epoxy Moulding Paste the post cure cycle is: Start Temp 50 Deg Celsius then Ramp Rate 0,1 Deg Celsius/min to 135 Deg Celsius then Soak 3 hours at 135 Deg Celsius then natural cool. My question is how to do starting the process? When must put the Mould in the oven? First to do put the Mould in the oven then switch on the oven then heat up to 50 Deg Celsius and begins the Post Cure Cycle or first the oven heat up to 50 Deg Celsius then I put the mould in the oven for Post Curing? Best regards, Viktor Make sure you leave at room temperature for a couple of days.then post cure from 50.
