What is the best methode to make a small carbon fiber cover for a MAF sensor ?I have mold making materials like expoxy tooling gelcoat ,epoxy putty , plastic mouldphorm and such .
I allready made a quick mold with the Mouldphorm ,but it needs to be refined some more.

Is it possible to make such a tiny cover out of carbon fiber ? What do i use best to get into those tiny details?
I  also thought about casting  a cover but that would require some sort of different mold.
The main thing is that this cover needs to protect from Heat. (60-70°C)Allthough i could wrap it with some heat reflecting foil also.



The maf sensor is about 60x30mm and is hold on with 2 m4 screws.
I like to have the holes in the cover too ,so i could screw it onto the MAF with the M4 screws.
