Hello, I would need some informations concerning a process that I have thought for the fabrication of pool shafts. My plans would be to roll some layers of prepeg on a mandrel and after that put the enrolled mandrel inside a tick aluminium  female mold with the perfect exterior shape of the pool shaft. I would leave a gap between the prepeg and the mold for injecting a thermoset mixture of fine chopped carbon fiber at may be 300PSI and cure it the prepeg and the mixture together.
My question is, there would be some problems to process like that concerning the cure reaction or others things?
Excuses my English I'm French Canadian, I include a picture of one C.F. pool shaft, Thank You!!
