Good morning, I recently purchased and used your glass cast 3 resin on a penny floor. The product exceeded my expectations however my diy skills did not ! Can you advise if I can “patch” repair my floor with small areas I have missed or do I have to sand and recoat the whole floor ! Would be really grateful for any advice.

You can patch repair no problem.  Sand out the bad areas until back to good resin, then clean before filling with a fresh batch of resin.  Once cured, you may see a slight lip on the join where you have filled in.  If you want to remove that, you can sand it flat, then once flat, work back up to 1500 grit before polishing back to a gloss.  At that stage any repair should be almost invisible.

Of course you can recoat the whole surface if you prefer.  Sometimes if there are lots of defects, the time to fix them means it can be easier to recoat.  In that case 120 grit sand the whole floor and clean it before re-pouring. Remember you will need around a 2mm layer on the recoat to ensure it self levels properly.
