Yes I am doing them separately, how would you do it?

As Hanaldo suggested, place them in separate bags.

No, make a bag as this is much easier than trying to seal against the mould's surface. Unless your mould is 100% defect free air is liable to seep through it and you will have no end of trouble getting a decent vacuum. Ask me how I know :-) What is your objection to using a complete bag

Good lad, you know it makes sense :-) It is the easiest way of doing it and I like easy.
