I'm trying to seal a large plug before making the mould as it's not hugely strong and I want to be certain it will release. When I use the EC provided spray nozzle for the S120 it gives patchy coverage and creates high and low spots. The nozzle isn't a very uniform spray. What's the best way to apply this to a big plug, does the long free cloth method work as well? Would welcome any experiences as its taken me weeks to sand off the sprayed S120 back to a smooth finish. Thanks

For a big plug, I would use a conventional HVLP spray gun, or a Preval sprayer if you dont have the equipment to spray. You will waste a lot in overspray but the results are significantly better. Wear a respirator though!
