Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Aramid fibres designed for composites use should already be prepared ready for epoxy bonding. I assume you're referring to a fibre that we don't supply (high modulus aramid) so I would recommend you speak to your manufacturer/supplier and ensure that the aramid is suitable for epoxy bonding to be sure.

How do I secure the best possible bonding between epoxy and high modulus aramid fibres.

Is it necessary to remove the fiber spin finish before laminating or pultrusion.
