Does anyone have experience using aluminum powder mixed in with resin to create a solid 2cm thick object. ( I would like to create a bath tub with it, or other objects alike )
How much Aluminum powder to resin would this mixture need to be and how would you cope with bubbling, pouring it into the cast. would using a vacuum technique be best?
for ex. if you would pour resin in a bucket of 10 liters and put a vacuum on the bucket, would air bubbles in the center, or bottom (20 cm) away from the vacuum point be cleared out?

i'm also wondering when using a mold, how much does resin expand when curing/does it expand at all?

thank you for anyone with experiences
