How are you thinking of using the tow down the fus, just laying out strips down its length to add some rigidity and then wetting them out and 'sticking' them down using the right epoxy? If it's as I've described above then I would go with our EL2 Laminating Epoxy which can be purchased in a small 500g pack. This would be enough to do this operation hundreds of times over.
