Flash is strong and stable if this is needed whereas the PTFE is very soft and flexible so it can contour to shapes and details where flash tape would just crease and fold etc.
Of course you can also release parts of the PTFE just as it is but I find the flashtape will stick to pre  pregs if you try to release off the outside of it.

Flash tape can be very cheap from China but PTFE is super expensive. about AUD$80 per roll for 1" wide.

This one is the PTFE coated fibreglasss and not the scived PTFE which is thinner and very flexible.

There's really very little difference, at the end of the day it's just self-adhesive plastic. The main benefit of flash tape is it is quite strong and uses a silicone adhesive that won't inhibit the cure of any commonly used composite resins. Some tapes use a rubber adhesive that will inhibit styrene based resins.

But there's lots of tapes out there that will work, there's lots that won't. If it works then great.

How we can compare those tapes?
Is Ptfe will be better to cover unwanted holes before making mould?
Or there's no difference?
