Good afternoon!
I hope I'll explain myself as best as possible,it's a long story, but here's new shortened version:

About two years ago I ordered a spiderman suit kit from a dutch artist .
This guy bought some original movie used items from the "Sony" coperation at public sale in 2004, and with alot of test manage to completley make replica copies of these suits, and started selling them as full suits, and as kits(full suit's price is much more higher than a kit,so I decided to bought a kit).
Anyway, straight to the point, one of the incredible features of this suit,is the 3d raised webbing, they made of polyurethane, they feels just like rubber, little bit softer than it.

Finally after almost 2 years I'm about to finish the suit ,and unfortunately ,I'm missing some webs strokes to fill between in the neck area(my head is quite big so I had to expand the webs in this area.
And this dutch guy doesn't answer anymore,so I cannot rely on him,I thought to try making some webs strokes by myself.
The webs (as seen in the video) are casted into a aluminum molds as liquid, and after couple of minutes transform to urethane rubber...

I need your help and guidance to produce them, I'm looking for something with high viscosity (so it could strech alot,as much as posibble ) and would be in the same color I already have, which is silver matte.
The webs are completley silvered matte, and they feels just like rubber bands.

About the molds,I'm planning to contact some cnc milles comapnies here,so leave it for the future.

I added some pictures of the project, and few more of the webs, so you could understand what I'm talking about.

Don't get confused, the dark shade around the webbing is only because they are painted in the sides after their produciton, but originally they all silver colored.

Would like to hear some ideas from you, about the right polyurethanes liquids, the coloring part and how does it work(does the polyurethane comes in vibrant colors or you supposed to add the color materials after)...

Thank you so so much,Itamar.
A short video of the webbing creation(not mine of course):

HI,

The only PU rubber we have would be products from our PX series of PU casting rubbers.  Primarily I would look at the Xencast PX30 Soft Flexible Polyurethane Rubber as it is nice and soft but still durable and has a good tear strength when stretched. It would work fine in an aluminium mould, although you would need to use a release agent.  It comes naturally as an amber colour but is pigmentable with any PU compatible pigment paste or dye so you should be able to get the kind of colour you want.
