And, I have to find some process parameters for optimizing the quality of the last product. Group: Forum Members Posts: 460, Visits: 5.2K	I used to simulate and run AFP machined and we have some new hybrid twchnology being installed at work. You should be able to gather some results via Google academia searching for AFP process parameters. Also search for people, m Torres, electroimpact, ingersoll and cincinnati ago machines there is documents online. There aren't many books available if any, most of the knowledge is retained within the companies producing and using the machines.

I have been searching this process parameters via Google Academia and Web of Knowledge but I have found only one thesis about AFP process parameters named "Determination of Process Parameters for the Manufacturing of Thermoplastic Composite Cones Using Automated Fiber Placement(Xiao Cai)". However, thermoset composite materials are more preferred than thermoplastics for me due to the better knowledge and investments of them but I cannot find any other researches like that. So, if you share with me any of those documents, articles etc. You would be too helpful for me. Have a nice day!!
