I'm looking for advice on how to make a mould from an ABS plastic part.  Would like to use a prepreg like XT135 but I don't think the ABS would hold it's shape in any kind of oven cure cycle
Is there system that is as easy to mould as prepreg that can be initially cured at room temp and perhaps then oven cured.  Additionally, The ABS part could not withstand vacuum bagging, So I would need a hand layup, room cured mould that I could then form a carbon prepreg, vacuum part from.  Any suggestions?
