Hi there,

Its' my first topic and I would like to thank you all for the valuable information that can be found in this forum.

I would like to ask you the followings:
- Can the PX90 be mixed with Xencast P6 (in a choosen ratio), in order to get material less flexible, with smaller Elongation at Break? (Both Part A are Formulated Polyols and both Part B are Isocyanate)
- Can the PX90 (or the above mixture PX90&P6) be mixed with Milled Carbon fibre to improve mechanical properties?

Thank you in advance.

. The PX90 and P6 resins have not been tested nor are hey designed for use in that way. It is likely that the resin would not cure properly if they were mixed with each other.  Without testing there is no way of knowing exactly how well they would cure and the resultant balance of properties.

You can mix in Milled carbon fibre no problem. The addition of the fibres will add to the tensile strength of the resin system as well as reducing brittleness.
