Hi all, just received the brand new TBC2 Through-Bag Connector, looks great thank you. However, I screwed the pieces together through a bit of resistance and now cannot unscrew (separate them). A few people had a go, with no luck. Stuck together solid. Any suggestions? When screwing them on, although there was a bit of resistance, I'm fairly sure I did not damage the thread.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem.  I wonder if the thread has a burr or slight machining defect on it?  You could try putting it in the freezer or hot water to see if the thermal expansion and contraction is enough.
If that doesn't work or you find defects on the thread, let me know your order details by message or email and I can sort out sending a replacement for you.

all good. WD40 and some foul language did the trick. I forced it on and off after that a few times and it's all smooth now. Thank you for your reply though. Appreciate it.
