Would it be possible to use you Carbon Skinning kit to cover a Mobility Scooter Body, Not sure what type of Plastic the scooter body is made of, I think it might be HDPE.

Hi,

Very much depends exactly on the plastic type. Some inert plastics such as HDPE, Nylon etc are very hard to bond to so it may well delaminate from the original.  However it if is ABS or similar then a heavy key and roughening of the surface should be fine to get the resins to bond to.
