'Spiderweb' effect when doming

Hi, I've been doming some pieces and have had a weird spiderweb effect appear when they have cured. I've been doing resin for about 3 months now and it's only in the last couple of weeks this has started happening. I've tried warming the resin up, bought new electronic scales to make sure the mix is correct but can't get it to work. Any ideas? It only seems to happen when doming, not when pouring the resin into molds. Thank you!
