well im looking to make a roof skin for my Volkswagen Transporter van. it needs a fair amount of bodywork doing to get it straight again and im planning on putting glass in two of the section between the humps but other than that it will stay as it is.
i will be putting the glass in the rear area where the red squares are.
the panel is 3050 mm long by 1200 mm wide. the compound curve at the front is the only piece that i can see that could cause an issue, i would like to make most of it a single piece mould and then add extra bits for the glass support due to not wanting any defects on the top side that ill have to remove before painting
im also not sure but can you get carbon fibre that wide at the moment?

i also forgot to mention that on the inside of the van there are braces/strengthening beams that go from one side to the other
