Hi folks,
I am new here so, excuse me for for stupid questions.
Here it is: I have a lotus Elise S2 unpainted sill panel ( new) and intend to make a mould of a segment of that sill. Can I use any kind of release agent on the actual sill, or do I need to get the sill painted first ? What release agent assures me that the original sill is not going to be damaged and at the same assures me that the mould can be released ? Much appreciate... you can see the part that I am going the create in the video. on side of the car has the tip of the sill and the other not. You will also see the overall new sill.
