Hello

I'm about to do my first river table using the Clearcast 50 and would like to stain the wood and also the edge were the epoxy will attach to the wood.
Will this create any fastening issues compared to un-stained edges?

Hi Henrik, it should be fine but make sure you used a water based wood stain and that you allow it to fully dry before proceeding. If you watch our Neon Table tutorial, we actually stained 1/3 of the pieces with a white stain to make them appear much lighter in the finished piece.
