Hi: I've read the specs and questions regarding GC10 and GC50 and I understand that GC50 is intended for thicker pours...but as the price of GC10 and GC 50 are the same, are there any benefits to using GC 10? finish quality, clearness, curing time??

Sorry if I've missed something

Cheers

No, not at all, in fact the resin component of both is exactly the same, the difference is relative to the hardeners. GlassCast10 uses the faster hardener thus limiting to a 10mm thickness and GlassCast50 uses a slower hardener giving the ability to build thicker sections - in terms of the final finish, there is no real difference.

Yes, that's purely the difference and the curing speed is what limits the thickness.
