I got some fairly new VER clear gel I got off a place about a month ago and playing with it. Well.. My question I sprayed my PVA which was Rexco - Partall PVA #10 (first time using a PVA).  Sprayed fine and did the mist and then the flow coat. Let dry after it all for an hour than sprayed some clear gel over the top.  I got this weird milky bubbles in it after I sprayed my clear gel. Did I not let the PVA dry enough?
