Hi!
In my experience most epoxies will stick extremely well to almost any clean dry concrete surface, and even dirty dusty ones as well (my workroom floor shows almost all the colours of epoxy I have dripped onto it while making moulds and parts

If allowed to cure properly and the concrete floor is really dry it will be extremely wear resistant, especially when you add some kind of filler, like glass fibre filler or metal powders.
I have "bumps" of tooling epoxy on my workroom floor that has lasted for more than 5 years

The floor was not clean when it was "applied" but it was (and is) very dry
I would use the Glasscast 10 or 50 type epoxies for something like that, it will most likely polish quite well along with the concrete
