Hi,
I've got some bi-axial glass cloth (made from e-glass) which I'm hoping to use to strengthen concrete.
I've read that it needs to be alkali resistant, (usually achieved by coating in zirconia?)
Is the bi-axial cloth I've purchased alkali resistant?
