Hi,
I need to prepare a mould for a table made of reclaimed wood. I want to have the wood completely resinated (up, sides and bottom). Which separation do you recommend between the sides of the mould and the wood, so that up and sides can be resinated at once? Would you recommend to elevate the wood by the same distance (with some separators), in order to try to have all sides resinated in one pass?

thank you in advance.

As long as the gap is a few mm or more to make it practical to pour resin into, then that is the minimum gap.  You would probably want 10mm or similar all round to give plenty of space to sand smooth and level up if needs be afterwards.
