Wondering if anyone can shed light on why after 48hrs the epoxy in my sumpguard is still very soft over a significant % of the area...

I infused a sumpguard which was 3 layers of Kevlar, 3 layers of carbon fibre and 1 layer of soric - it needed around 900g of EC vacuum infusion resin (slow hardener) as predicted, it infused in about 40mins and has been left to cure well wrapped up in an electric blanket + insulation giving it a temperature of around 30 degrees celsius.

The resin and hardener was mixed in 3 batches 400/300/200g in the quantities advised on the resin, weighed on digital scales which were zero'd with the container on, well mixed and left to stand for a few minutes before infusing.

At the moment I've recovered the part still in the mould and put it back to carry on curing and turned the electric blanket up to full heat.

Thoughts and suggestions invited!
Thanks
Stuart

PS - have repositioned blanket to get the part up to 42 degC and overnight no change.  Also the resin was fairly cold (~10-15degC) when mixing - is it potentially just not mixed well?
