ThaTh for your repling to my question, I highly appreciate it.
To the best of my understanding, the numerator is accepted from the compliance matrix [a], by 1/(a11*h). I am still don't know how to calculate the denuminator.

Can you help me with that please?
I would glad to hear clearly explanation.

Hi,
These days I am trying to understand a specific equation in the great article "Stephen W. Tsai, Jose Daniel D. Melo, An invariant-based theory of composites, 2014".
