Hello friends,

I am about to start a new project and one question is coming to my mind in advance.

I want to make a carbon fibre box. I bought PU foam and I made a pattern of the box. I covered it with coating resin mixed with microbubbles and sillica and also used glass fiber as a structural reinforcement.

The problem I am thinking I will have, is that if I want to make a mould out from that pattern, will I have some release problems even though I apply several layers of Easy Lease Release Agent?

From the mould, will be one side which I won't be able to access, so my question is, which is the procedure you recommend for making a mould of a box. I post an image for better understanding of the problem (but maybe you think is not a problem at all).

Should I make the mould in two or more parts? In that case, which would be the way of putting the mould parts again together?

Thanks for your time, waiting for your reply!
