Hi,
I make climbing holds for a hobby/ hopefully one day as a business. So far I have been using Xencast P6 polyurethane. This has yielded an excellent texture reproduction (deeply important) and also very good strength. However, a massive issue I've had is that the textured finish is polishing up very quickly. These holds are intended to last years and multiple sets, however after just one two month stint on the wall under light use, the areas that have had any traffic at all have polished off completely which has meant this is completely unsuitable for its intended purpose.

Is there another product I should try?  Perhaps a different method/additive to the mix?

Thanks for your time and I look forward to any advice I can get.

You could try giving the cast hand holds a post cure in an oven.  That will make them very slightly harder.

Alternatively you could  experiment with the GlassCast 50 Clear Epoxy Casting Resin which has a slightly higher shore D hardness. You can improve tensile strength by adding milled carbon fibre if needs be.
