Quiero comentaros un caso que me ha sucedidorecientemente.

Trabajo con resinas epoxis y materiales compuestos comotejidos de carbono, carbono kevlar y otros.

Actualmente utilizo mascarilla facial solo de nariz yboca y guantes protectores además de buzo de trabajo desechable. Desde haceunos 3 días atrás me han salido unas manchas por las manos hasta el codo, en lacara igualmente las mismas manchas y además el ojo hinchado y el labio también,seguido de un pequeño picor. Pienso que ha sido los gases de catalizar lasresinas. He ido al médico y me han mandado corticoides y una crema para lasmanchas, las cuales parecen quemaduras.

Ya me ha sucedido este fenómeno varias veces a lo largodel año, con los mismos resultados.

Me han dicho que soy alérgico al catalizador de lasresinas epoxis y en du defecto a la misma resina epoxi.

Me pregunto si adquiriendo un equipo de mascarilla facialcompleta con dos juegos de filtro o en el mejor de los casos una mascarilla conaire asistido por un motor y teniendo aire en la máscara, además de colocar unextractor de aire en la habitación del taller donde trabajo me puede solucionareste imprevisto al ser alérgico a unos de los productos con los cuales trabajo.Me han comentado que cambie de resinas y que incluso pruebe con resinas ecológicascon menor  cantidad de agentes químicos habercuales son los síntomas…

 Quisiera recibir vuestras opiniones y comentariosrespecto a ello, ya que es mi medio de vida el trabajar con estos materiales.Necesito saber si probando estas mascaras completas estoy menos expuesto aestos agentes volátiles, junto a un equipo de filtración de aire del ambiente.

Espero vuestros consejos.

I wonder if taking on a team full face maskwith two sets of filter or in thebest case a mask with a motor-assisted air andtaking air into the mask, and put an exhaust fan in theroom of the shop where I can work around thisunforeseen to beallergic to some of the productswith which to work. I have heard that change resins and organicresins even trywith fewer chemicals have symptoms which are...

I would like to receive your opinions and comments about it, because it is my livelihood working with these materials. I need to know if I'm testing thesemasks complete lessvolatile exposed tothese agents, along with a team ofenvironmental air filtration.
