Hello, hope everyone is well.  So, I will get to the problem.   I am a model boat racer.  I am also a builder.  Its been years since I needed a mold made.   Now I need one and most guys I have asked are no help at all.
I have the detail specs of my boat design in a .DWG file which can easily be transferred to a CNC cad file.   We are talking 40 inches in length and 7 inches in width.   Not a Large Project.  I do not want to get into making my own mold.  I want a pro mold finished and ready to go.  Yes, I can answer all the questions for the parameters involved.  This will be a mold made for Vacuum Infusion of Composite fabrics,, laminates.   There will be a post cure in an oven at around 180 degrees fahrenheit.  I know i really dont need to give details but those are the basics.
The problem is that I cannot find a company who will take on making a mold for me.  Actually,  I think I may be using the wrong wording in my searches.  Today, a plug may not be necessary, even if it is, I dont want to be "Hands On" with the process.  I want to hire a company to do everything and just hand over a mold to me.
I live in California. It seems to me,  there should be plenty of companies, locally,  willing to take this on. Yes, I am aware of costs.  I just need some help in doing seaches for this kind of thing.   I am asking anyone interested to put themselves in my shoes and then give me some advice on how to proceed.  I am ready to go.  I dont want to waste any more time spinning my wheels.

Look for Mike Cook in UK, he is an experienced guy and into the mini 40 class.
