I am starting with creating a mold to recreate a side mirror outershel. Its not a cover but the real outershell. I like tot put the connection studs in the mold or glue them in after making the part.
Can you advise me how to achieve this? Is there a tutorial for the procedure?
Please let me know, so i can order some equipment.

There is not a set tutorial for that part but it is a relatively common moulding procedure.  You are likely to need a 2 part mould to make the part so you can easily release it from the mould.  You then have a couple of ways to make it, either resin infusion which could be a bit fiddly but is done at room temperature, or out of autoclave pre-preg would be easier to do, but needs an oven to cure.

I would have a look at our Online Composites Learning Area as we have videos covering the moulding process as well as both part making methods in detail.
