Hi folks. I’ve had several kit cars over the years. The current beast is a Ferrari California replica based on a Mercedes SL500. Currently there is no carbon fibre on it, just about 50 pieces of hydrographic carbon dip ( Wicked Coatings of Poole ). I think for the next few jobs fibre glass and/or CF, perhaps with some Kevlar in for underbody work looks a possibility. Never used FG in a meaningful way before. I like to learn by others experience and contribute work, experience, ideas and c***-ups.
