Hi all
Tried to cast my first one of these using the Xencast but it seems very thin...as a result it's not coating the inside of the mould where there are ninety degree corners, meaning when I come to demaould it there's next to no material there and it just splits.
Should the Xencast be a little thicker, or is there a way to make it so? Or is it just that rotational moulding isn't really suited to shapes with sharp internal edges?

Thanks!

Getting resin to stick to the 90 degree  bits is always going to be a challenge.  Flatter curves and surfaces are generally fine.  If you have a removable bung, you could try a couple of goes at it or brush some resin over the thin sections.
