I need some U-shaped sections for a prototype I am currently working on. I have already made one prototype using your carbon fiber angel sections. I use the sections to make mounting brackets for box sections, as well as brackets for joints. Especially the joints could really use the extra stiffness provided by a U-shaped bracket. Is this something you are currently making? Or, something I can custom order?

This is just an example of one of the brackets I will be making. Measurements are i mm.

Unfortunately it is not something we would be able to manufacture for you.  You may be lucky and find U section available with the right size which you could cut down.

How about a box section with one side cut off? Just a thought.

Yes, my plan was to buy a couple of 1m U-shaped section and make the brackets myself. Not easy to find, at least not with the specific measurements. A box section, with one side cut off, would also work. Any chance of you guys being able to manufacture box sections 20mm x 50mm inner dimensions 3 or 4mm wall thickness? I would also be interested in box sections, 20x30mm outside dimensions, 1,5 or 2mm wall thickness. 

I would have a look at some composite pultrusions, theres a few suppliers around that might be able to supply you something close to what you want,
Plus right angles and no radius in the corners dont make for a good composite component.
