Hi, Should i need to use a release agent for the Xencast Resin starter Kit?

I bought one and made a mould without any problem, was a little bit of a wrestle to release my original from the mould but came out ok in the end.

When I poured my resin to cast I left it for about 30-40 mins before attempting removal which in hindsight I realise may have been somewhat premature but the casting felt hard to the touch so i assumed it would be ok, however it seemed to be stuck to the mould in some areas and when I pulled it out after even more wrestling some little parts of the mould broke off and came with it so i'm going to make a new mould.

It turns out the resin is a little too hard and brittle for what i want so i'm looking to try some PX90 for its more rubbery (but still hopefully mostly ridgid) properties but I'd like to know is the mould material that comes with the Xencast resin kit ok to use with the PX90 and should i also be buying some kind of release agent to make removal easier or do i just need to wait longer before attempting removal of my piece.

Thank you very much to anyone who could offer some assistance.

You will not need a release agent  if you are using PU with the CS25 condensation cure silicone.  Silicone does not stick to resins.
