I've been doing carbon fiber layups in a club for a little over a year now (mostly wing elements) but we've recently been having trouble with a wing mount mold bridging along the fillets (the mold is milled into wood if that helps with visualization) and the resin pools up around those areas. We use a simple vacuum bag / pump system, and have been attempting to line excess bag in the milled area to help it push the carbon into the fillets, but its still happening. Any thoughts on how to get around this?

Welcome to the Forum!  You could try using a spray tack to hold the fabric in place or perhaps increase your vacuum level slightly.  Don't go too high on the vac as you may dry the part out.

Hmmm never considered that! I'll give it a shot!

Silicone intensifier is also a good option.
