No, don't do that, you will get streaking on your mould.

You shouldn't really need to use the solvent application wipes for the cleaner. Use two microfibre cloths, one heavily doused in the cleaner and the other one totally dry. Wipe the mould with the wet cloth, then before it starts to evaporate, wipe it dry with the dry cloth. If your dry cloth becomes dirty or damp at any stage, swap it for a new one.
