Hi,
I am VERY new to this composite game but I am learning fast, although the curve is steep.

I have already made a split mould using the mould making kit along with plenty of advice from Rich at easy composites. I have made a GRP part just to see if my mould was correct. However, before I started the main event, a carbon part, I thought it might be a good idea to join up and see if I can get any further help from all of you experts out there.

I will no doubt have plenty of questions, please do not be afraid to give me the wealth of your knowledge.

Welcome to the Forum!  Doing a GRP dry run first can be a cheaper way of learning how to do things without wasting expensive carbon.   There are plenty of people with experience in split moulding on these forums so we should be able to answer your questions.
