Hello, I am going to buy a vacuum pump, my question is if I can opt for the DVP EC20-1 model, taking into account that it is indicated for infusion of larger pieces, if I want to make small ones too, or it is not advisable.

Yes you can use the pump for smaller projects too.  You will find it has a high flow rate, so for small vacuum bags it will empty the bag very quickly.  You may want to turn the pump off during the bag pull down so you can adjust the bagging film to ensure it gets into all the corners, before switching it back on to pull a full vacuum.
