Hi Jeff,

Yes if you feel there is not enough resin, then apply another coat and try again.  The firm but tacky stage is ideal as you can apply the resin directly.

I've just completed the first stage post laying on the carbon fibre sheet however on close inspection I don't think there is enough resin to withstand sanding down. should I apply another coat whilst the first coat is still tacky. (1 1/2 hrs ago)
