Hello,

depending on the resin/hardner used, some tooling gelcoats don't allow to use PU IMC or gelcoats as "styrol" would damage the mould surface in the process.

Is there an issue with using PU IMC or PU gelcoats with UNI Mould?

BR,

Klaus

Whilst we’ve not experienced any problems castingPolyurethanes into Uni-Mould tools, we don’t have any specific informationabout the long-term effects of styrol on the surface as it has never beenformally tested.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer any specific guarantees or information as to thelong term effects - Sorry for any disappointment.
