Hi just a quick question

I have read up and watched your tutorials but still a little unsure on how long I should leave the coupling coat and the light weight matt ply to cure before moving onto the main heavy plies with uni-mould tooling resin.

Hanaldo is essentially correct. The time it takes for the Coupling Coat to cure varies depending on the ambient temperature and the ratio of MEKP used so it is hard to give an accurate time frame. If you are in a hurry, I would come back after no more than 2 hours and keep checking from there until the resin is cured and ready for the backing plies.
